On Va Déguster Paris is a food Bible.
A guide through all the good culinary tips, food history, institutions, and typical recipes curated by famous critic François-Régis Gaudry. I've been commissioned to realize the cover of the book (as well as a 50-page illustrated central fold).

​We aimed to project everyone into the Paris gastronomic atmosphere - and be immersive whilst keeping away from the main clichés. This year, it has been one of the French Christmas best-sellers.

Paul Sirand is an illustrator and art director based in Paris. His work is primarily driven by color, used to shape atmospheres with strong yet balanced contrasts. The scenes he depicts are distilled to their essentials and subtly reinterpreted. The result is a gentle, sometimes suspended atmosphere, where simple situations take on a more poetic or slightly offbeat dimension.
